The Friends of Luton Museums Luton is fortunate to have two very different museums to support. The award winning Stockwood Discovery Centre, and the recently refurbished Wardown House Museum and Gallery, two very contrasting museums.

The diversity of Luton’s museums, perfectly matches the social and ethnic diversity of the town.

Wardown House Museum and Gallery is housed in a handsome Victorian Villa, set in approximately fifty acres of parkland and just a fifteen minute walk from the town centre.

Stockwood Discovery Centre with its mix of sculptural and sensory gardens and large exhibition areas, café and visitors shop, is ideal for an extended family day out.

Stockwood Discovery Centre, and Wardown House Museum and Gallery are both free to visit, some travelling exhibitions there is an entrance fee.
